National Women’s Political Caucus Announces 2004 Candidate Endorsements

February 12, 2004 — The National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC) today announced it’s most recent political endorsements for the 2004 election cycle. The endorsements were made during NWPC’s recent Executive Board Meeting January 2004 caucus board meeting. “These candidates represent women from across the nation,” said NWPC President Roselyn O’Connell, “and will ensure that their voices will be included in the debates surrounding foreign policy, health care, social security, and reproductive rights. They can and will make an important difference in the statewide and national political agenda.”
NWPC has endorsed incumbent Senators Barbara Boxer CA (D) and Patty Murray WA (D).
