Dawn Lott is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of experience, specializing in civil rights, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation. Since 2019, she has held the position of 1st Vice President of Development for the National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC). In this role, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership by organizing the Annual Meetings and Biennial Convention. Notably, Ms. Lott spearheaded the successful execution of NWPC’s first-ever Virtual Annual Meeting, a momentous event celebrating 100 Years of Women’s Suffrage. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, she ensured that NWPC members could convene and engage in the business of the organization.

Ms. Lott has made significant contributions to the NWPC throughout her tenure. She co-hosted the NWPC 50th Anniversary Celebration and recently served as the co-chair for the 2022 Annual Meeting held in Virginia, including a Lobby Day. Moreover, she holds the position of Vice-President in the NWPC Long Island Chapter, where she has played a pivotal role in screening local candidates and organizing the Chapter’s first campaign training.

In addition to her dedication to the NWPC, Ms. Lott currently serves as the Executive Director for the Human Rights Commission, further exemplifying her commitment to promoting equality and justice.
