Leta Schlosser joined the NWPC in her home state of New Jersey the first year it was chartered before completing her education and moving West to Los Angeles. In California Leta acquired considerable grassroots experience in encouraging, assisting, training, evaluating, endorsing and working for women candidates by operating at every level of the NWPC: chapter chair, county chair, state political action committee member, state executive board member as well as on the CA Promote and Protect the Vote Project. For the last two years she has served as a member of the NWPC’s National Political Planning and Appointments Committee.
